With an ever evolving Foundation, we seek to capture the skills of Graphic Design Interns in order to best exemplify the brand of the Foundation to the public. These interns work directly with our Graphic Design Team in order to create high-quality, professional graphics which are published on multiple social platforms, reaching local, national, and international audiences. Graphic Design Interns have the opportunity to bolster their portfolio and enhance the World Food Prize Foundation brand and public image. Highly qualified undergraduate or graduate students assume significant responsibility in managing design projects and creating print items. Various duties include:
- Print design and layout
- Social Media graphics
- Logo editing
- Designing folders, brochures, shirts, bags and more for programs and events of the World Food Prize.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, an eye for design, and a willingness to express new ideas while working as part of a team. Working knowledge of the following programs is required: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
