April 6, 2009 - - Dr. Norman E. Borlaug, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and founder of the World Food Prize, has teamed with Senator Richard Lugar of Indiana for an op-ed in The Washington Times encouraging an investment in agriculture and technology.

At age 95, Dr. Borlaug remains highly active in promoting policy to feed the ever-expanding world and continues his research at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center.
