Glindys Virginia Luciano is a rising leader in agri-food systems and climate resilience, recognized for building transformative global coalitions and advancing equitable food policies. She currently serves as Managing Lead of the Action On Food Hub, a multi-stakeholder platform that convenes over 90 organizations—including governments, the private sector and civil society—to shape food and climate agendas at global forums such as the UNFCCC COPs. She also holds the role of International and Strategic Relations Project Manager at EIT Food, Europe’s leading food innovation initiative and the world’s largest public-private partnership driving agri-food systems transformation. With a strong track record in securing significant external funding, Glindys Virginia excels in strategic planning, international advocacy, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Her advocacy and engagement work spans the UN, EU and CGIAR networks, drawing on her expertise in agroecology, protein diversification, and food systems transformation, she works with civil society actors to inform regional and global policy priorities.
