Grace Campidilli
Software Engineer, John Deere

Grace Campidilli is an agriculture and technology professional. She is a software engineer at John Deere, where she builds data infrastructure and AI tools that enable more informed decision-making for equipment dealers and farmers. Her previous experience includes plant genetics research, autonomous robotics engineering, and consulting for venture capital and USAID projects. She has been involved with the World Food Prize Foundation since 2019 and was a Borlaug-Ruan Intern at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture in 2021.
Grace holds bachelor's degrees in statistics and plant science from Cornell University, where she was recognized as a James Beard Foundation National Scholar.
A proud sixth-generation Iowan, Grace currently lives in Chicago.
