Airport Transfers
The Safari Park Hotel offers convenient and secure airport transfers using branded vehicles for individuals and groups. Rates are as follows: a 25-seater bus ($200 one way), a van for up to five passengers ($85 one way) and a saloon car for up to three passengers ($42 one way). Accommodation bookings and airport transfer arrangements are managed directly through the hotel’s reservations office and will be offered via email to guests who reserve a room. Alternatively, attendees may take a taxi or use ride-hailing services. The journey typically takes 30 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

- Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) information, which may be required depending on an individual’s country of citizenship, can be found here.
- Letters of invitation may be required for entry. The information letter template here can be used to assist attendees with their application, and questions can be mailed to F.Manyasi@cgiar.org. Please note that the Foundation and its partners cannot intervene to guarantee or expedite an attendee’s entrance into Kenya.
- A yellow fever vaccination certificate is generally required for entry into Kenya if an attendee is arriving from or has recently traveled to a country with risk of yellow fever transmission.
