Thank you for your interest in hosting a Meet Me at the Dialogue table at the 2026 Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue. This special networking opportunity will take place on October 19, 2026, at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
The Meet Me at the Dialogue application will open on May 13, 2026.
As part of our commitment to fostering collaboration and networking, the World Food Prize Foundation is pleased to offer a dynamic opportunity: Meet Me at the Dialogue. This event takes place on the afternoon of Monday, October 19, on the third floor of the Iowa Events Center.
This 90-minute networking event provides participating organizations a high-visibility platform and opportunity to connect with hundreds of attendees at the Borlaug Dialogue. Whether you are looking to build partnerships, share your mission or connect with new collaborators, Meet Me at the Dialogue is a strategic and impactful way to engage at one of the most influential gatherings in global food security.
The application will close on September 15 or once the first 32 hosts have accepted this opportunity.
BENEFITS TO ALL HOSTS:
- All hosts will be featured in the Foundation's promotional materials leading up to and during the event (e.g., social media posts and newsletters), providing high-profile visibility among the Borlaug Dialogue’s diverse and influential audience.
- Each host will be provided a high-top table with black linen and promotional signage.
- Hosts are welcome to display materials and provide small giveaway items.
COSTS AND BILLING:
- $300 per organization
SET UP:
- To maximize networking space and movement around the room, any and all materials brought by organizations will need to be placed on the high-top table. Floor displays, pop-up banners, posters, signage and other items will not be permitted due to limited space and fire code.
- For hosts bringing materials, these must be set up in the early afternoon on Monday, October 19. All materials must be removed immediately following the event on Monday, October 19.

Space is limited, and early application is encouraged. To request a table, please complete the form below. Applications are due by September 15, 2026. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance by email on a rolling basis.
