Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the 2026 Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue, taking place October 20–22, 2026, at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
The exhibitor booth application will open on May 13, 2026.
BENEFITS:
- Each exhibit booth comes with an 8 x 10 ft. exhibit space, one table with skirted and draped black linen (8 x 2.5 ft. or 243 x 76.2 cm.), two chairs and standard Wi-Fi.
- Standard exhibits are lined along the main concourse on the third floor. View the floor plan here.
- Premium exhibits are lined along the entryway to the main Borlaug Dialogue room on the fourth floor.
- Access to the virtual exhibit space in Accelevents, our registration platform. This platforms allows you to showcase your organization, share resources and connect with a broad, engaged audience—extending your reach well beyond those attending in person and amplifying your visibility among global leaders, innovators and advocates.
- Exhibitor booth staffers will receive a special badge, signifying their exhibitor status to attendees.
- An exhibitor map will be available for all attendees, increasing visibility and visits to exhibit booths.
- All exhibitors will be featured in the Foundation's promotional materials leading up to and during the event (e.g., social media posts and newsletters).
- Up to two exhibit booth staffers can receive a 50% discount on an "In-Person Ticket" to the Borlaug Dialogue, granting them access to the plenary sessions, special events and meals. A special registration code will be provided upon exhibit booth acceptance.
COSTS:
- Standard Exhibitor Booth | $1,500 for two days
- Premium Exhibitor Booth | $3,000 for three days
- A/V, electricity, catering and/or shipping needs are available at an additional cost.
SETUP:
All exhibit booths must be set up on the afternoon of Monday, October 19. Exact times will be shared at a later date. Exhibitors must arrange and display materials in a manner that does not obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors or walkways. The maximum height for displays is 8 ft.
TEARDOWN:
Exhibit booth tear-down will be on the evening of Wednesday, October 21, for standard exhibitor booths and midday on Thursday, October 22, for premium exhibitor booths.
REGISTRATION:
Exhibit booth staff do not have to register for the Borlaug Dialogue. However, please note that these staffers do not have access to the Borlaug Dialogue’s plenary sessions, special events or meals.
Exhibit booths are limited to two staffers per booth, each of whom must submit their names in advance for special exhibit badges.
TIMELINE:
Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance by email on a rolling basis.
