Event Description: The breakfast event titled “Farmers and a Warming Planet: How Conservation Improves Agricultural Sustainability and Profitability” will bring together three dynamic organizations to discuss sustainability efforts globally. DuPont will highlight their global sustainability efforts and how they are innovating to bring solutions that help reduce impacts while improving the resilience of communities and supply chains.  One Acre Fund will highlight their innovative direct service model benefitting over 400,000 smallholders in East and Southern Africa, while Farm Journal Foundation will bring in a US family farm perspective, talking about the conserving practices such as cover crops and no-till, and how these practices have made a family farm operation in Alabama more resilient in the face of variable weather.
