BENEFITS TO ALL EXHIBITORS:

  • Single 8x10 ft. exhibit space
  • One table with skirted and draped black linen - 8 ft. x 30 in. (243 cm. x 76.2 cm.)

  • Access to the virtual exhibitor in Accelevents, our registration platform. This platforms allows you to showcase your organization, share resources and connect with a broad, engaged audience—extending your reach well beyond those attending in person and amplifying your visibility among global leaders, innovators and advocates
  • A special colored badge, signifying exhibitor status
  • New this year: An exhibitor map will be available for all attendees, increasing visibility and visits to exhibit booths
  • New this year: All exhibitors will be featured in the Foundation's promotional materials leading up to and during the event (e.g., social media posts and newsletters).
  • New this year: Up to two exhibit booth staffers can receive a 50% discount on an In-Person Ticket to the Borlaug Dialogue, granting them access to the plenary sessions, special events and meals. A special registration code will be provided upon exhibit booth acceptance. 

PREMIUM EXHIBIT BOOTH BENEFITS:
Premium exhibits are conveniently placed on the fourth floor, directly outside the main stage ballroom. Click here to view the floor plan.
Space for premium exhibitor booths is limited. Priority will be given to organizations in the order of received applications. 
New this year: Organizational profiles will be featured on the third and fourth floor LED walls.

STANDARD EXHIBIT BOOTH BENEFITS:
Standard exhibits are lined along the main concourse on the third floor. Click here to view the floor plan.

COSTS: 
Premium Exhibitor Booth | $3,000 for three days 
Standard Exhibitor Booth | $1,500 for two days
A/V, electricity, catering and/or shipping needs are available at an additional cost.
SET UP:

All exhibit booths must be set up during the afternoon of Monday, October 20. Exact times will be shared at a later date. Exhibitors must display and arrange materials in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors and walkways. The maximum height for displays is eight feet. 

TEAR DOWN:
Premium exhibit booths tear down will be between 3:30-4:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 23.
Standard exhibit booths tear down will be between 5-6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22.REGISTRATION:

Exhibit booth staffers do not have to register for the Borlaug Dialogue. Please note that these staffers do not have access to the Borlaug Dialogue’s plenary sessions, special events or meals. 

Exhibit booths are limited to two staffers per booth, each of whom will need to submit their names in advance for special exhibit badges. 

TIMELINE:
Applications are due by July 1, 2025. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance by email on a rolling basis and no later than August 1, 2025
