Global Head Partnerships - Growers Engagement & AgriChain Activation, Bayer Crop Science

Jennifer Crall is the Global Head of Partnerships - Growers Engagement & AgriChain Activation at Bayer Crop Science. She and her team are responsible for deepening Bayer’s work with global growers’ networks, youth and women, and partnerships with the grain trader and animal feed value chain. Before coming to Bayer, Jennifer led the Public Affairs unit for a family-owned pork producer in her home state of Iowa. Jennifer has also worked at the United States Department of State, on political campaigns and as deputy chief of staff to a member of Congress. Her volunteer efforts include positions on the Iowa State University Women in Business Advisory Committee, the Hoover Presidential Foundation Board of Trustees and as founder of Iowa Women Lead, a non-profit focused on increasing women’s participation in public service. She holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and an undergraduate degree from Iowa State University.
