Ana Bilik
President, Tanager
Ana Bilik is the president of Tanager, a nonprofit that brings people together at the table, on the ground, and across supply chains to co-create economic and social opportunities that change lives. She cultivates partnerships with leading foundations, government ministries, consumer goods brands, and communities to bring about market system changes that improve the livelihoods of smallholder producers and the quality of life of their families. Ana has dedicated a 20-year career to building initiatives that tackle some of the challenges of our times—poverty, inequality, malnutrition, HIV/AIDS, and climate change – through her work at organizations such as Pact, the Pragma Corporation, Peace Corps, and Trickle Up. Ana is a guest lecturer at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University and serves on the leadership circle of the Sustainable Food Lab. Ana holds a master’s in public administration from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s from Columbia College.
