Mr. Paul Schickler
Member, Board of Directors; The Chicago Council on Global Affairs
Paul E. Schickler is the current Chairman of the World Food Prize Foundation's Council of Advisors. From 2007 to 2017, Mr. Schickler was president of DuPont Pioneer. In this role, he continued to expand Pioneer's global business with a focus on innovation that improved local productivity and profitability of farmers in more than 90 countries. Mr. Schickler joined Pioneer in 1974 and had roles in finance, commercial and administrative leadership.
Mr. Schickler received B.S. and M.A. degrees in business administration from Drake University. In addition to his role as Chairman on the Council of Advisors, Mr. Schickler serves as the Board Chair of Grand View University, as a member of the Board of Directors of The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and is a member of the Chicago Council's Global Agricultural Development Initiative Advisory Group.
