President, Kemin Food Technologies
Marc Scantlin is president of Kemin Food Technologies, North America and Latin America. In this role, Scantlin oversees all shelf life, flavor, color and food safety solutions for the North America and Latin America food markets. Scantlin began his career at Kemin as worldwide director of human resources. Prior to rejoining Kemin in his current role in 2015, Scantlin was president of Eurofins Microbiology Laboratories, Inc. He led all microbiological and dairy chemistry testing, dairy standards development and special investigative testing services in the U.S. food sector. A United States Air Force Captain, Scantlin served as section commander of the 30th Security Forces Squadron at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California and the 7th Airborne Command Control Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. Scantlin received his bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and his master’s degree in managerial economics from the University of Oklahoma.
