Emily J. Hogue

Division Chief, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, Bureau for Food Security, USAID

Emily Hogue is the Division Chief, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, Bureau for Food Security, USAID, where she oversees accountability and learning efforts for the Feed the Future initiative. Prior to USAID, Emily worked in the academic sector, conducting research on agricultural and economic development programs in Andean communities, women in economic development strategies, faith-based development, and ethnic identities in the Andes. In the development sector, Emily has worked for Habitat for Humanity International and World Vision Chile. Emily has a PhD in Comparative Sociology and M.A. in Sociology from Florida International University and a B.A. in Spanish and English from Anderson University.
