Please complete this form to register for the Wisconsin Youth Institute, May 7, 2025 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As part of the registration process, students must submit their Global Challenge research paper directly within the registration form.
Registrations are due by April 7, 2025.
NOTE: Teacher/mentors only need to fill out this form once to register. Please remember that each student will need to fill out a separate student registration form and upload a research paper in order to participate. The student registration form and paper upload are separate registration forms from this teacher registration.
