Teachers and mentors, in order for a student's registration to be complete, they must fill out the registration below and upload their student paper HERE.
NOTE: Teachers/mentors must complete a separate registration form HERE.
The form is easier to complete when submitting with the student present. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting both your registration and uploading the student's paper.
