Thank you for your interest in hosting a Meet Me at the Dialogue table at the 2025 Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue. This special networking opportunity will take place on October 23, 2025, at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

As part of our commitment to fostering collaboration and networking, the World Food Prize Foundation is pleased to offer a dynamic, new opportunity: Meet Me at the Dialogue. This event takes place midday on Thursday, October 23, on the third floor of the Iowa Events Center. 

This one-hour networking event provides participating organizations a high-visibility platform and opportunity to connect with hundreds of attendees at the Borlaug Dialogue.  

Whether you're looking to build partnerships, share your mission or connect with new collaborators, Meet Me at the Dialogue is a strategic and impactful way to be engaged at one of the most influential gatherings in global food security.

BENEFITS TO ALL HOSTS:

  • All hosts will be featured in the Foundation's promotional materials leading up to and during the event (e.g., social media posts, newsletters, networking event map), adding prominent visibility among the diverse and high-level audience of Borlaug Dialogue participants.
  • Each host will be provided a high-top table with black linen and promotional signage.
  • Hosts are welcome to display materials and provide small giveaway items.
  • At registration, each host will receive "Meet Me at the Dialogue" cards to share with fellow attendees throughout the week, offering a simple and streamlined way to promote your participation as a host.
  • Hosts may interact with high school and college students participating in the Global Youth Institute, an enthusiastic and talented group of leaders who are the next generation of food and agricultural experts.

COSTS AND BILLING:

  • $300 per organization.
  • The application will close on July 1 or when the first 36 hosts accept this opportunity.

SET UP:

  • To maximize networking space and movement around the room, any and all materials brought by organizations will need to be placed on the high top table. Floor displays, pop-up banners, posters, signage and other items will not be permitted due to limited space and firecode.
  • For hosts bringing materials, these must be set up during the evening of Wednesday, October 22. All materials must be removed immediately following the event on Thursday, October 23. 

TIMELINE:

To request a table, please complete the form below. Applications are due by July 1, 2025. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance by email on a rolling basis and no later than August 1, 2025.
