Global Challenges and Local Solutions to Transform Food Systems: Getting Results in a Global Environment | CropLife International, CropLife America, Global Farmer Network

10/20/2021 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Virtual -

As the United Nations gathers the world in 2021 with an ambition to transform global food systems and as it becomes clearer that we are not on track to meet the 2030 Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) during this Decade of Action, it is more vital than ever for a variety of farmer voices to be heard in these discussions. Please join CropLife International, CropLife America, and the Global Farmer Network for a virtual moderated panel discussion side event. Our moderator will lead a lively roundtable of farmers on challenges they face around the world: climate change, soil health, biodiversity, regulatory hurdles, and trade barriers. The event will include virtual farm tours and recommendations for solutions that will help transform food systems in a meaningful way for farmers, the environment, and the planet.
