Description: Global Harvest Initiative (GHI) invites you to the release of its 2015 Global Agricultural Productivity Report® (GAP Report®). Dr. Margaret Zeigler, Executive Director of GHI, will be joined by a panel of experts to discuss challenges and opportunities for greater global agricultural productivity growth and the need for investment and innovation in order to meet the world’s demand for food, feed, fuel, and fiber in 2050. The panel will explore the legacy of conservation and productivity in the U.S.A., as well as the opportunity for Zambia to become a breadbasket for southern Africa. Panel presentation, followed by buffet lunch.
