Roundtable Discussions will use the following guide for the session:
- 10:05 - 10:15 am | Welcome & Introductions
After a few words from our technical host, the Roundtable Experts and Student Presenters will introduce themselves and get to know each other before starting the student presentations. - 10:15 - 11:30 am | Student Presentations
Each student will have 3 minutes to present their paper, with 3 minutes of comments and questions about their presentation from the Experts and other students.
11:30 am - 12:00 pm | Chat with Experts & Lunch
Stay in your Roundtable Zoom rooms, bring your own lunch, and chat with your Roundtable experts! After all students have presented, students and experts will discuss broad themes that arose during the paper presentations. What similarities or differences exist in the countries discussed? Are there approaches proposed in one presentation that could work in a different context? The discussion topics are up to you!
12:05 - 1:00 pm | Borlaug Scholar Ceremony & Closing Session
Congratulations, you're a Borlaug Scholar! Join us for our recognition ceremony, and close out the New Jersey Youth Institute. You'll hear from the following speakers:
