2025: Top 3 Innovators

The World Food Prize Foundation is proud to share the Top 3 Finalists of the inaugural Innovate for Impact Challenge! Chosen from nearly 400 submissions and narrowed down from our Top 10 semifinalists, these innovators rose to the top with solutions that demonstrate fresh thinking, strong potential for scale, and real impact for farmers and communities worldwide.

Each finalist will travel to Des Moines this October to compete at the 2025 Borlaug Dialogue in a live “Shark Tank-style” pitch competition before an expert panel of judges and international audience.

The winner of the Challenge will receive the $50,000 grand prize, while second and third place will receive $10,000 and $5,000 respectively.
