OLD Teacher Iowa Youth Institute Registration Form

Please complete this teacher online registration form to register yourself for the 2017 Iowa Youth Institute at Iowa State University.

NOTE: The student registration form and paper upload is a separate registration form from this teacher registration.

You, the teacher, only need to fill out this form once for yourself. Please remember that you will need to fill out a separate student registration form and upload a paper for each of your students that will participate. Links to the registration form and paper upload are below. Students need to complete both forms in order to be registered for the Iowa Youth Institute.
