Actors at different levels need to work together to improve access to and affordability of healthier foods, ideally including locally produced fruits and vegetables. Blue foods and aquatic food systems play a vital role in achieving good nutrition and health, especially for women and children. Strengthening community engagement and fostering greater government accountability and transparency has been shown to improve access to healthier foods. These and other strategies will be explored by esteemed Roundtable experts.
