Nick Blumenthal

Nick Blumenthal is an international food systems activist from the United States. Specializing in Nutrition and Artificial Science, he aspires to leverage science and technology to combat global food insecurity and malnutrition. He is passionate about global food policy, previously engaging with the United Nations, Committee on World Food Security, and the White House. Currently, Nick represents his country on several international youth agricultural advocacy campaigns. As a researcher, he has been invited to present his work on nutritional biochemistry and agricultural development economics across the world. As a Borlaug-Ruan International Intern, he pursued his food policy interests at the International Food Policy Research Institute. He leverages his experience as an international consultant and federally-appointed advisor to the U.S. government. Nick is internationally-recognized as a Schwarzman and Fulbright Scholar.
