Kojo Amoo-Gottfried

Vice President and Commercial Leader - Agriculture Supply Chain North America, Cargill

Kojo Amoo-Gottfried is Vice President and Commercial Leader in Cargill’s Agriculture Supply Chain North America business. Kojo has over eighteen years of diverse, global experience in North America, Europe and Africa including various origination, merchandising, asset management, sales & management roles. In 2010, Kojo relocated to Ghana, West Africa to become the Managing Director of Cargill’s cocoa operations and Country Manager - Ghana leading new business development efforts for Cargill. In 2013, Kojorelocated to the Netherlands, as the Commercial Director for Cargill’s cocoa business across Europe, Africa and Asia.   Kojo is currently responsible for managing Cargill’s softseeds and specialty assets, risk portfolio and customer interface in North America.
 
Kojo is originally from Accra, Ghana, and has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
