Manoj Kumar Rupa is the Founder and Managing Director of Capsber Agriscience, a deep-tech company pioneering microbial and metabolite-based biological solutions for sustainable agriculture. With over 15 years of experience and 10 patents, he has transformed cutting-edge science into farmer-centric innovations that restore soil health, reduce chemical dependency and boost crop productivity.

Under his leadership, Capsber has grown from rural India to forge global partnerships with IFFCO—the world’s largest farmers’ cooperative—and leading international research institutes, reaching more than 500,000 farmers. Manoj is widely recognized for developing microbial biostimulants that significantly enhance nutrient-use efficiency in dryland agriculture, advancing climate-smart practices and empowering smallholder farmers through micro-entrepreneurship models.
