President and Chief Executive Officer at Dairy Farmers of America

As President and Chief Executive Officer of DFA since June 2022, Dennis has driven innovation, strengthened efficiency and fostered a performance-driven culture at the nation’s largest dairy cooperative, owned by nearly 10,000 family dairy farmers. Guided by his belief that dairy is essential to delivering global nutrition, he has championed sustainability efforts that prioritize access to food, energy, clean water and other health essentials. He has also advanced carbon accounting practices that recognize farmers’ ongoing progress and enable them to lead the industry in responsible food production.

Dennis’ commitment to the dairy sector extends beyond DFA. He currently serves as Chairman of the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF). He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Global Dairy Platform and several other DFA joint ventures and affiliates.
