Farmer, United States and Board Member at U.S. Soybean Export Council
Randy Miller farms in central Iowa with his wife Sheila and their two children. Together, they raise soybeans and corn, custom-feed nursery pigs, and operate a cow-calf herd.
With nearly 30 years of farming experience, Randy is committed to conservation practices, including planting cover crops to improve soil health. He values the relationships built through exporting soybeans to global trading partners.
Now in his second year as a director for the American Soybean Association, Randy serves on the Trade Policy & International Affairs Committee. He is also an ASA appointee to the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC). In addition, he sits on the boards of the Iowa Soybean Association, the Warren County Fair Board, and Indianola First Assembly Church.
Randy has previously served on the South-Central Co-Op Board and as a county 4-H Youth Council leader.
