World Food Prize Foundation Youth Programs Alum and Student at Grinnell College
Isaac Vosburg is a first-year student at Grinnell College seeking to both broaden his horizons and pursue a global education. After spending his junior year of high school as an exchange student in Malaysia through the U.S. Department of State’s Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (or YES) Abroad program and serving at the S M Sehgal Foundation in Gurugram, India as a Borlaug-Ruan International intern this past summer, Isaac has had the opportunity to discover his true passion: to work in rural areas of the developing world to ensure that children in particular have access to high-quality education, proper nutrition and opportunities as they create a life for themselves.
Isaac is currently pursuing coursework in Global Development then hoping to enter the Peace Corps, after which his career is largely open-ended as he searches for opportunities within the humanitarian sector.
