YMCA Supportive Housing Campus
Description:
The YMCA Supportive Housing Campus is a community-driven solution to homelessness and housing insecurity, providing permanent housing with on-site supportive services that foster hope, dignity, and support. While some residents have experienced homelessness, others have faced housing instability, barriers to safe and affordable housing, or circumstances that placed their housing at risk. Regardless of their journey, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home.
Guided by the belief that every person is worthy of living a life of meaning and purpose, we embrace a Housing First approach—ensuring individuals have a safe, secure place to live before addressing the challenges that may have contributed to their housing instability. We strive to create an environment where residents feel at home, connected, and valued within the broader community.
Our staff and volunteers work together to advance the belief that everyone deserves not only housing, but also a sense of belonging. Volunteers play a vital role in enriching life beyond basic needs by supporting on- and off-site opportunities that foster community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful connections. Through these efforts, we help create a dignified and supportive environment where residents can build stability, strengthen relationships, and pursue their goals with confidence.
