Jaime Lopez Jimenez
President and Chief Executive Officer, Ingredion Mexico and Central America
Before becoming the company's leader in Mexico, Jaime Lopez Jimenez served as the Director of Finance and Corn Sourcing for Mexico and Central America. In his successful 24-year career with Ingredion, Jaime has held multiple financial leadership positions in both the United States and Mexico.
In 2018, he returned to Mexico from the United States to assume the position of Senior Director of Finance, with expanded responsibilities for Corn Purchasing and supporting the Go-to-Market team. Before joining the company, he collaborated at KPMG, responsible for external audits and the issuance of corporate financial statements.
Jaime has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Guadalajara.
