Global Public Policy Manager, John Deere

Sarah Dean is Global Public Policy Manager at John Deere. In this role, she is responsible for managing the company's international trade, business development, geopolitical risk and sustainability policy issues in support of the company's strategic ambitions. Prior to joining John Deere in 2009, Sarah spent four years - principally in London and Washington, DC - on international development initiatives in Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the CIS. Sarah is on the Board of the American-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce, the US-Turkmenistan Business Council and the Executive Committee of the US-Ukraine Business Council. She holds a MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in History and African Studies from Colby College.
