The Norman E. Borlaug International Symposium, known informally as the "International Borlaug Dialogue," each year brings together over 1,200 people from nearly 50 countries to address cutting-edge issues related to food systems. The two-and-a-half-day conference in Des Moines, Iowa convenes a wide array of scientific experts, policy leaders, heads of non-governmental organizations, government representatives, business executives, and farmers to build alliances in the fight against global food insecurity.
