What is a virtual conference?
- A virtual conference allows participants from around the world to engage in a virtual format. Similar to an in-person conference, participants can watch keynotes, panels, and roundtable discussions, pose questions, network with fellow participants, and access topical resources.
How can a virtual conference be as engaging as one that is in-person?
- Virtual conferences can offer similar opportunities as in-person conferences as well as providing new avenues for engagement. A virtual conference widens the audience and perspectives being shared, allows for easy-access resources at your fingertips, and offers a wide array of engagement tools such as on-demand resources, virtual message boards, and private chats.
