Dr. Pedro Sanchez Elected as AAAS Fellow

2002 World Food Prize Laureate Dr. Pedro A. Sanchez has been elected as a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

Dr. Pedro A. Sanchez, recipient of the 2002 World Food Prize, was elected as Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Dr. Sanchez will be recognized for his contributions to science at the Fellows Forum to be held on 18 February 2006 during the AAAS Annual Meeting in St. Louis. Dr. Sanchez was elected under the "Agriculture, Food and Renewable Resources" category.
