Organizations Fighting Hunger

Description:

Students and educators at Algona High School work to alleviate hunger through educational and service-learning projects.

For example, students held a competition in 2013 to create the best, most creative, and "stand out" sculpture out of donated, non-perishable food items, which were subsequently donated to the Algona Food Pantry.
