Take Action
Team up with other hunger fighters in your community using the Iowa Hunger Directory. This online platform is an initiative to profile all organizations fighting hunger from Iowa, serving as a comprehensive directory for those seeking to engage and collaborate in this area. It includes a description of each organization along with contact information and a brief explanation of how Iowans can engage with them.
Attend the Iowa Hunger Summit. This free event gathers leaders from across Iowa representing community organizations, business and industry, state and local government, social agencies, churches and religious communities, schools and universities, civic and social clubs, and other individuals and groups that lead or participate in projects to confront hunger. Teachers are encouraged to attend with student groups or classes.
