The Committee on World Food Security (CFS) has appointed 15 world-class experts to form the Steering Committee that will lead its new advisory body, the High Level Panel of Experts on Food Security and Nutrition (HLPE).
2003 World Food Prize Laureate Catherine Bertini, former Executive Director, World Food Programme, has been named to the United Nations' new food security advisory body.
