Frank Swoboda’s responsibilities include planning and coordinating the World Food Prize's annual events, including the Borlaug Dialogue, the Iowa Hunger Summit and the Hoover-Wallace Dinner. Frank also assists the Director of Secretariat Operations in working with the World Food Prize Laureates, and supporting World Food Prize staff members on special projects.
Frank joined the World Food Prize Foundation in August 2005, after returning from two years in Uzbekistan working in education and youth development. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2003 with a degree in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies.
